Integrating new behaviors for positive change

Intensives are designed to give you an immersive experience that will help you make changes or open areas that feel stuck in your relationship. These workshops will integrate the work you've already been doing in therapy or support a new place of healing. Intensive workshops are tailored to suit the client's or family's specific needs. This experience uses experiential models of therapy that include family sculpture, the empty chair, and EMDR as deemed appropriate by the therapist.

This service takes preparation and planning by the client and the therapist and will include homework assignments and goal-setting homework. Telehealth intensives are also available.
